Jonathan Clark is what could be
described as a life change
coach he’s from Glasgow in Scotland.
Jonathan has several skills he’s a Certified
Trainer and master trainer of NLP, a Master
Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Time
Line Therapy, and Certified Coach University
Coach. He is a teacher and Initiator in
Hawaiian Huna and teaches Feng Shui. He’s been
helping others release their blocks and achieve
their outcomes for 16 years. He’s worked in the
front line with members of the public for 20
years. In fact, he was the original founder of
the Tony Robbins YES Group in Glasgow in
1995

In the interview Jonathan says “Typically
what I find is there are certain core common
denominators regardless of what philosophy or
approach, you look at therapy form you look at
what kind of personal development is
practiced.
What you find is always the same
fundamental core pillars that show up, and
that's what fascinated me. I thought if you
could master them you could go into the big
building Lego blocks. That puts
everything else together, then it really
wouldn't matter what label you put on it, you
would still be able effect change rapidly and
ultimately that's what I look
at.
One of my trainers, said
something really profound, he said it as an
afterthought and I really thought it's quite
core. He said that
they are only three things that stop you from
getting what you want in
life.
1. Strong painful emotions, like
anger, sadness, you're sad you haven't got your
goal or you're scared, you might, or you're
angry that you haven't. None of those
things help you get it and most people suffer
from those emotions.
2. You’ve got limiting
beliefs. You really
believe in your heart of hearts, you don't
deserve it, you can't do it you don't know how
to do it. You're not
lucky enough, you're not sexy enough you're not
clever enough, and most people suffer from
those kind of things.
3. You're running
some kind of ineffective recipe or some kind of
dumb strategy, you're trying to be financially
independent by spending more than you earn,
that will never work dumb idea. Most people
have got lots of negative emotions lots of
limiting beliefs lots of dumb ineffective
habits. You put those
things together, you spin your wheels, what I
look for is how do we remove those three
things."
